About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Systems Architect Senior Manager to manage portfolio, product and solution architects for the Workforce Experience and Productivity Solutions platform. This role is a part of Enterprise Architecture organization within Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) Architecture team. This role is responsible for providing domain specific architecture strategy & direction across the following sub-domains: modern workspaces (physical, virtual, mobile and workspace configuration), communications (voice, conference rooms, messaging), productivity (digital collaboration, productivity suite, digital content, regulatory archive etc.), and workplace services (print, workforce solutions, etc.)

The Systems Architect Senior Manager will partner closely with Technology Executives, Product Teams and Engineering delivery teams, for aligning business strategy to technology strategy, developing current state, transitional and target architecture, big room planning and participation on product teams to drive the architecture development methodology, ensure application of enterprise architecture patterns and standards, adherence to architecture governance, stability and operational review of the architecture, modernization and rationalization opportunities towards target infrastructure.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage a team of architects in Workforce Experience and Productivity Solutions technologies, including Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online
  • Lead a team that develops and maintains business system and corporate architectures
  • Lead in solution and component architecture and participate in enterprise architecture activity
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Support the unit's commitment to customers' satisfaction through fast and courteous service and correspondence
  • Identify compliance and risk management requirements and provide regulatory support for supported areas as it applies to architecture
  • Provide regulatory support
  • Provide customer service to cross LOB product and engineering teams by helping to provide architecture support and set architecture direction
  • Work under minimal supervision
  • Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Architecture & Engineering
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Technology Architecture & Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • 1+ years experience architecting or engineering M365 and W365 in a large enterprise corporate setting
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience and presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams in a change driven environment
  • Ability to manage initiatives related to the following: architecture roadmap that aligns with business strategy and the broader architecture community; capacity planning, consolidation and rationalization; related emerging technology assessment and incubation
  • Experience designing, integrating and managing complex portfolio of platform-based architectures that include cloud-based applications, utilizing APIs and microservices to build target and transitional architectures, blueprints, roadmaps.
  • Planning, directing and championing the product architecture practice centered on a technology & business capability model with outcomes of enterprise reuse, investment toward enterprise grade platforms and modernized architecture
  • Lead customers / business and technology stakeholders to design end-to-end architectural specifications from an enterprise architecture perspective across data, security, application, business and enterprise platforms.
  • Agile experience
  • Certification(s) in any or all of the following: AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals | MS-900 M365 Fundamentals | SC-900 Security Fundamentals | AI-900 Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals | MD-102 Microsoft M365 - Endpoint Administrator
