Duties of a Dishwasher include but are not limited to:
  • Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties.
  • Follow their schedule as written unless otherwise instructed by management 
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary workspace throughout their shift. 
  • Able to operate a standard dishwashing machine as well as proper setup and use of a 3-compartment sink.
  • Communicate with both FOH and BOH staff to support their needs throughout the shift
  • Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and silverware while keeping up with the pace of the shift
  • Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills
  • Being able to communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
