GUTTER INSTALLERS NEEDED. EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
One Stop Home Improvement is currently looking for experienced professional gutter installers with 1+ years of gutter installation experience:
Requirements:Seeking:
  • Applicants with experience in 5” and 6” k-style (or other residential) gutter systems.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Clean driving record is preferred.
  • Ability to tow trailers is preferred.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Quality workmanship.
  • Motivated team attitude.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Ability to learn different gutter products quickly.
  • Must possess the ability to make good decisions on the jobsite.
  • Must be comfortable on ladders as high as 40’. 
  • Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
  • Qualified/Serious applicants only.

Benefits:
  • Hourly pay rate plus potential footage incentive bonus.
  • Top pay based on years of installation experience.
  • Match current (most recent) gutter installation pay + 10% to start (must show proof of pay rate).
  • First potential performance increase after a 90 day trial period.
  • Signing bonus for 5+ years of gutter installation/residential construction experience after six months of service (minimum of 3 yrs gutter installation experience).
  • Continuing financial increase based on growth displayed installing all products.
  • Continuing career advancement/development opportunities available.
  • Monday through Friday “typical” work week.
  • Work availability during slower seasons.
  • Five paid holidays after a 90 day trial period.
  • One week of vacation after one year of service (based on a 40 hour workweek).
