Partner Advocate

Reports To

Senior Director, Relationship Management

Job Purpose

The Agent Advocate will be responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional relationships with our outside agents. You will work to solve any business or technical challenge that agents face as well as help them with sales opportunities, drawing in customers, and building rapport and trust to ensure Payroc Agents are able to see the value of working with our organization. Agent Advocates are ultimately focused on providing extraordinary service and maintain Payroc's positive company image.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Agent Support
  • Efficiently handle all operational support for Payroc Agents
  • Communicate updates about Payroc products and services
  • Act as an Escalation point for all Payroc Agents
  • Act as a Department liaison on behalf of the Payroc Agents
  • Actively monitor Agent portfolios
  • Train all Agents on Payroc systems and services as needed
  • Support the needs and requests from the Agent/ISO Support Manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Customer Service - Professionally manages difficult or emotional Agent situations, responds promptly to Agent needs and responds to requests for service and assistance
  • Proactive Mindset - Able to proactively identify gaps in processes or products that could potentially lead to decreased portfolio production.
  • Extensive Product Knowledge - Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand Agent needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work with internal departments in order to meet the needs of the Agents.
  • Ability to Multitask - Provide good customer service to make sure each Agent feels like they're the only customer that matters.
  • Time Management - Must be able to prioritize and use time efficiently based on the importance level of the issue at hand.
