Hiring Pediatric LVN/RN Trach

Cases we have available:
• 9 y/o GB/Trach (no vent) patient available Thurs/Fri & e/o Sat 7a-7p & Sat 7p-11a & Sun 7p-7a (77493)
• 5 y/o GB/Trach patient available every other Sat/Sun 7a-7p (77429)
• 4 y/o GB & T/V patient available Mon-Wed 7a-7p (goes to school) (77449)
• 11 m/o GJ & T/V patient available Mon-Sun 7a-7p & Mon-Sun 7p-7a (77449)
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.
• Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.
• Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
• Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
• Educate the family on medical care and training.
Qualifications:
• Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
• American Red Cross CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds
• The ability to work in a home environment.
• EMR charting (no paper notes)
