JOB SUMMARYResponsibilities•To operate electroencephalograph equipment to measure impulse frequency and differences in electrical potential between areas of the brain and/or to obtain data for use on diagnosing brain disorders•Verifies orders through HIS and sets-up priorities of patients requiring electrocepha-lographic tests, (EEG tests)•Prepares and positions patients for EEGs tests•Attached electrodes to the patient's head•Maintains s patient records, both paper and computerized through electronic storage•Identifies tracings, prepares records and enters results into HDSABOUT USFor more than 40 years, ATC Healthcare has provided leading nurses and healthcare professionals to hospitals and facilities nationwide.
