Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Levi Solicitors is looking for a residential conveyancing fee earner to join their busy team in the Leeds city centre office. Job Role Levi Solicitors is looking for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer to take on a caseload, supported by and leading an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant and a Conveyancing Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have strong skills and experience of handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion including the following: Sales and purchases Freehold/leasehold Re-mortgages Right to buy Transfer of equity Person Specification You are a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer Minimum three years’ experience in Conveyancing at a fee-earning level You are fully confident dealing with leasehold transactions Proven track record of quality residential property work Highly motivated, self-driven professional Client-focused, with great client care skills and a friendly but professional manner Salary and Benefits Competitive salaryand generous bonus scheme Generous holiday entitlement (including Christmas closure, your birthday off and incremental holiday days) Private medical insurance Hybrid working – 60% office and 40% working from home (although you’re welcome in the office full time if you prefer) Company pension Work/life balance and a supportive work environment Casual dress(business dress only expected when meeting clients)
