Boston Volvo is looking for a shuttle driver to join our team. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience driving passengers.

Responsibilities:
  • Shuttle customers to Kenmore Square / Central Station
  • Collate and edit transport schedules based on the passengers' needs.
  • Arrive at pick up location prior to departure times.
  • Confirming that all passengers are present, and recording any no-shows.
  • Ensure adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.
  • Avoid high-traffic and accident-prone routes.
  • Record and report all major accidents and incidents to the supervisor.
  • Check that passengers disembark at the correct destinations, and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the shuttle bus is fueled, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
  • Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of previous experience driving groups of people.
  • Outstanding knowledge of applicable transport and safety codes.
  • Excellent route planning abilities.
  • Great improvisational skills.
  • Working knowledge car maintenance and restoration techniques.
  • First Aid training is preferred.
