Are you a big law or similarly experienced trademark attorney looking for a highly flexible position, working with deeply skilled trademark attorneys and top tier clients?

Danielson Legal LLC is an established IP and technology law boutique with a flourishing trademark practice in need of a mid-level trademark associate.This position will entail working remotely from your destination of choice, with a slight preference for candidates in particular states (MA, MN).

We are looking to add to our team of preeminent trademark attorneys, all of whom have practiced at AmLaw100 firms for a variety of clientele in myriad industries including technology, consumer products, publishing, and entertainment.Candidates should possess an unflinching commitment to top-quality work, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.

The open position will entail working between 20 and 40 hours per week (you choose) on a flexible schedule to be determined in consultation with the candidate.This position is a mid-level position that will require working closely with one or more senior attorneys.Billable hour targets will be a reasonable percentage of set schedule hours.Pay is competitive and determined by desired weekly schedule.

Candidates MUST have the following:

JD from an accredited US law school

No fewer than 2 full years and no more than 5 full years of trademark law experience in an established law firm (must be big law or medium sized firm with established trademark practice) or 4+ years at the USPTO.

Fluency in all aspects of trademark prosecution, foreign and domestic, including clearance searches, USPTO applications and prosecution, corresponding with foreign associates, and analyzing dispute matters.

Rigorous attention to detail and perfection in written communications.

Comfort working remotely with a medium sized team of attorneys.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

JD from a top 25 law school

Experience in one or more of the following: copyright prosecution and enforcement, IP litigation, domain name and Internet disputes including UDRP proceedings, IP licensing, and commercial technology agreements.

A great attitude with a commitment to team success and a great sense of humor.

Experience managing new associates.

Experience working with large (200+ files) trademark portfolios
