Rounding Physician Overview:

  • Conduct on-site visits providing care for patients in our addiction treatment facility.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and their families, fostering open communication and shared decision-making.
  • Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Rounding Immediate Care Physician Profile:
  • Valid and unrestricted MD license from the appropriate medical licensing board.
  • Experience in addiction recovery or emergency care.
  • Prior experience in rounding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, enabling accurate assessments, appropriate treatment planning, and efficient decision-making.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing personalized care plans, considering patient preferences, medical history, and evidence-based guidelines.
