Litigation Attorney

Management-side New Jersey Employment and Labor firm, consistently ranked as a Tier 1 Best Law Firms in America, seeks an experienced employment attorney to join a team of collegial and accomplished lawyers in the representation of private and public sector employers. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential, as well as a committment to excellence in the legal repesentation of our clients. A successful candidate will interact with clients, interview witnesses, conduct discovery and depositions, draft pleadings and briefs, prepare and argue motions, prepare for and conduct trials and administrative hearings, and draft and argue Appellate briefs.
