Your Role at YES Hybrid role focusing on both Payroll and Data Analytics/Reporting Analytics will rely heavily on Excel skills (creating graphs, charts, reporting, filtering, data manipulation and system auditing) Provide various departments reporting on a recurring and on request basis Payroll operations will rely on your knowledge and experience working in HRIS system Dayforce Assist in processing of bi-weekly Payroll for over 1,400 employees, along with the related functions such as merits, title changes, new hires and terminations, PTO and other various HRIS/Payroll projects Assist our employees with Payroll related questions/issues via the Payroll E-mail Inbox Process special payroll requests, payroll corrections and lost or missing payroll checks To achieve success at YES 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience Excellent Excel skills (must be comfortable working with Pivot Tables and complex formulas such as Vlookups, SUMIFS, etc.) Experience with internet-based payroll system (Dayforce highly preferred) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Confidentiality with sensitive data Team player with a desire to assist when needed The YES Difference Competitive salary | Comprehensive health benefits | Life, long and short-term disability insurance | 401(k) with company match YES I can help *YES We are a team * YES We add value * YES We build community YES Communitiesis an Equal Opportunity Employer Denver Tech Center, Greenwood Village, CO, USA
