ASC-26839- RN Telemetry - Baltimore, MD - 13 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a Telemetry Registered Nurse to work at our client's facility in Baltimore, MD.

Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

Summary:
  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Required:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school, associate's or bachelor's of science degree program; BSN preferred .
  • Will have to pass a Telemetry test.
  • Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse.
  • Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
  • Ability to react quickly to various cardiac conditions

Education:
  • BLS certification.
