Overview
Join our client's team as an NP/PA in Family Medicine. This role requires a minimum of three years' outpatient family medicine experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package. You will provide care to adults 18+ years, ensuring continuity of care and patient convenience.

Base salary contingent upon experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

Key Responsibilities
•Provide family practice and pediatric care to area residents
•Average 25 patients per day
•Collaborate with full support staff for continuity of care
•Ensure patient convenience with on-site laboratory, pharmacy assistance program, social workers, and a care navigator
•Adhere to sliding scale fee structure and insurance acceptance policies
•Maintain a long-term commitment to patient care

•Flexible days and hours, no hospital call, 'light' phone call 1:3
