**Job Type:** Full-Time **Hours:** Average of 40 hours per week

A day in the life of a Fitness Trainer will include using your clinical knowledge and our training to provide group and individual sessions, body mechanic coaching, and assistance with the overall health and wellness of the people they are working with. This opportunity allows you to work with the employees of our client at the Harley Davidson manufacturing facility.

**Core Job Duties:**

* Facilitate aspects of member engagement

* Assist with the design of individualized & group fitness programs

* Supervision of exercise and activity areas

* Conduct group class programs

* Conduct the Work-Conditioning program

* Work with other team members in the rehab and medical center including nurses, athletic trainers and case managers as required

* Document interactions and other pertinent information using web-based systems

* Assist in development and delivery of wellness programming, team newsletters, and companywide challenges

* Provide exercise programs to employees onsite and virtually to remote employees

* Facilitate, develop, and teach virtual fitness/wellness content to H-D employees across multiple locations through digital platforms

**Qualifications:**

* Certification in personal training or related experience

* Bachelors degree in related field

* Ability to pass background & drug screen

**Preferred Experience:**

* 2-4 years of clinical experience

* 1-2 years experience in the occupational setting

* Experince in both individual and group exercise classes
