Our organization is built on the premise that the most effective way to provide compassionate care is to:Maintain high medical integrityFoster a team spirit among staffCreate friendly, beautiful surroundings for our residents and their visitorsWhat does a Respiratory Therapist do?The primary purpose of your job position is to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management,rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities, whicheffect on the pulmonary systemEssential Duties:Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our establishedpolicies and procedures.Adheres to established policies and procedures of the facility to which the respiratory care practitioner is assigned.Performs focused interviews to identify specific patients' needs.Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential diagnoses. patient care outcome standard. A care practitioner is assigned.In services, the nurse is primarily responsible for the patient, and the physician, as needed, and before leaving the facility departments within the facility.Violations of such disclosure to the Administrator of this position.
