Standard Healthcare is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week Rapid Response Travel contract in Glens Falls, NY. This is a night shift position. Current BLS, ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
  • Record patients' medical information and vital signs

Requirements:

  • A current Registered Nursing License
  • A minimum of one year recent experience in an acute care facility
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to listen and understand information and ideas quickly
