**Job Description**
The ERP and Inventory Analyst will be responsible for the inventory maintenance process, ensuring data integrity, both physically and within the ERP system. This position will partner closely with other warehouse departments therefore, the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail is critical. The Inventory Analyst will be required to understand each area within the fulfillment process to better lead and assist fulfillment wide projects and initiatives. Being a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a high-energy, team-oriented, environment with the ability to positively motivate and lead others are key attributes for this position.

Analyzes inventory to determine which items have low or excessive stock levels, run comparisons against previous counts and analyze changes
*

Aids in the development and implementation of robust master data processes and controls
* Performs inventory audits. Analyzes the relationship between beginning inventory, purchases, sales, and ending inventory
* Collaborates with Groundworks counterparts on inventory management and auditing, to ensure corporate-wide best practices
* Maintains Bills of Material (BOM) for all kitted and manufactured items
* Uses information about customer demand and historical data from sales reports and inventory counts to forecast inventory needs. Make recommendations on future stock purchases
* Researches and communicates stock outages, overages, and shortages
* Acts as distribution center lead for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 Platform (ERP) implementation. Manages start-up requirements for the site and as lead trainer for site personnel.
* Monitors the flow of materials from receipt, through manufacturing, put away and shipping.
* Participates in small to mid-size projects affecting IT systems and business processes relating to inventory control, scheduling, & planning.
* Prioritizes conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
**Qualifications**
* Skilled at purchasing, receiving, tracking, storing, and managing inventory.
* Knowledge of inventory control systems work is crucial.
* Skill with managing special projects related to inventory that have organizational impact
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software preferre
* Warehouse Experience
