**Sales Associate / Sales Support (On Call)**

Honolulu, Hawaii | Seasonal **Role Summary:**

The Sales Associate / Sales Support plays an important role both on and off the sales floor as they assist with being the direct link between the product and the customer, and also assists with inventory management and e-commerce tasks behind the scenes.

As a sales associate, you will be in charge of selling products from various Mana Up companies at our retail location, House of Mana Up, in Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.

As a sales support, you will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing e-commerce orders, locating merchandise, packaging orders for shipment, and tracking fulfillment in our Shopify E-commerce system.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise and provide outstanding customer service.

* Be well prepared with product knowledge on Mana Up and the featured companies to answer questions

* Operate cash registers/Shopify POS system, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.

* Achieve established goals.

* Direct customers to merchandise within the store.

* Increase in store sales.

* Superior product knowledge.

* Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor and back of house.

* Introduce promotions, opportunities, and special product information to customers.

* Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.

* Fulfill e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency

* Control inventory within a retail setting

* Maintain inventory protocol and procedures

* Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse.

* Increase or maintain a companys profits through inventory control

* Be well prepared with product knowledge on Mana Up and the featured companies to answer questions

* Build and package gift sets

* Openly communicate call outs/concerns on product levels

**Qualifications:**

* Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

* Retail sales experience preferred

* Experience with Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Ecommerce

* Proficient user of MS Office and Google Applications

* Interpersonal and communication skills

* Problem-solving attitude

* Flexibility to work in shifts

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift at least 40 lbs

* Ability to speak Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean is a plus
