As the AP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial landscape of the company.

Responsibilities of the AP Specialist:

• The AP Specialist will record the daily transactions of the organization in accordance with GAAP.
• The AP Specialist will assist with bank, credit card and cash reconciliations, intracompany journal entries and reconciliations
• The AP Specialist will process AP to support the financial statement production
• The AP Specialist will support and work with expense reports and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements of the AP Specialist:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and working in the general ledger
• A very highly detail-oriented candidate is highly desired
• QuickBooks knowledge is highly desired
