Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Watch Sales Associate located in Lower Gwynedd, PA. The Luxury Watch Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their luxury watch purchases, educating customers on the features and benefits of various luxury watches, and maintaining a professional and knowledgeable appearance and demeanor at all times. The Luxury Watch Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, as well as managing inventory and processing sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail sales
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of luxury watches and an interest in horology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

Compensation: Salary plus commission
