**Safety Conductor Trainer/Auditor**

This position will serve as the trainer and auditor for our live testing Safety Conductors. You will work alongside the Safety Conductor Program Manager to implement training and auditing of the safety conductor programs and practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and requirements. Implement and maintain proactive and preventative safety training and audit programs directed toward keeping the Torc safety conductor program as the industry benchmark. * Serve as one of the primary trainers for the Safety Conductor program in support of on road testing.

* Support safety officers in fulfilling policy & process development, implementation, auditing, and training.

* Contribute to workplace safety and follows OSHA and other state, local, or industry specific regulations.

* Disseminate and monitor company safety goals and/or benchmarks to employees and subcontractors to ensure continuous learning and improvement in safety performance.

* Serve as a conduit for safety concerns, fulfill company safety goals and objectives, and deliver reporting on progress and opportunities.

Experience providing safety training and initiatives and developing and delivering training programs. Proficiency in computer software/hardware including Microsoft Office products. Leadership and teamwork skills to work collaboratively and influence those with potentially limited safety experience. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience. Ability to travel to other locations in other states. Experience utilizing the Linux system and command line interface. Knowledge of transportation, logistics, Class 8 trucking, and/or autonomous vehicles.
