Immediate and long-term opening for a UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant to join one of IDR's top clients, headquartered in Dallas, TX

You will be responsible for gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and translating them to technical requirements to pass off. In addition to gathering requirements, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the system. Our client is currently using Kronos Workforce Central version 8.1 for their suite of workforce management solutions.

*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in Addison, TX*

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of equivalent experience with Kronos, with strong experience supporting migration and integration initiatives
  • 2 years of hands-on configuration and admin of Kronos Workforce Central version 7 or 8
  • Expertise in UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Experience working as a techno-functional Business Analyst / Systems Analyst (experience with payroll, time keeping, attendance and configuration/reporting)
