KOCH Finishing Systems, global supplier of automated finishing equipment, is seeking experienced candidates for our Shipping & Receiving position at our Evansville, Indiana location.

The position is responsible for providing general shipping & receiving services for our shop, projects and locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Loads, transports, and unloads materials, supplies and equipment.
  • Check in deliveries and match inbound product to prints and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Notifies PO requestors by email, phone, or by delivering product to departments when their order has arrived.
  • Process requests for package and freight shipments.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate forklift, company vehicle(s), maneuver, and spot trailers on KOCH property.
  • Excellent attention to detail, correctly selecting items from pick list, accurate counting, confirming part configuration and quantity received against PO and packing list
  • Computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP System, AutoCAD Viewer
  • Must be skilled in using hand tools, small power tools and forklifts.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
