Litigation Associate/Attorney

Our client is a prestigious law firm with a renowned reputation in the legal industry. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Litigation Associate/Attorney for their New York office.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 3 years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation
•Admission to New York Bar is required
•Strong academic credentials
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Associate/Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases alongside some of the most talented attorneys in the industry. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
•Conducting research and analysis on legal issues
•Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
•Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
•Assisting with trial preparation
•Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:
•MUST have an active New York bar
