Position Summary:

The Recruiter plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the companys recruiting functions. The role is primarily responsible, under general to intermittent supervision, for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions within retail branches. The Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships, providing the talent necessary to make the company successful while ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Essential Functions:

* Use a variety of best recruiting practices to develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

* Evaluate candidates through resume and phone screenings to present a highly qualified candidate pool to hiring managers.

* Consult with hiring managers to identify expectations and qualifications desired.

* Define and execute campaigns to engage candidates using a variety of different methods (ads, social media, job fairs, etc); accurately and effectively reflect the value proposition for each position and attract top talent.

* Develop and manage strong relationships; act as a liaison with hiring managers and active/passive candidates in an effort to attract and hire the best talent.

* Implement and monitor sourcing strategies, ensuring resources are devoted to the most effective sourcing methods.

* Communicate company values, culture, and benefits to candidates.

* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices.

* Perform background and reference checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.

* Coach hiring managers in best practice and compliant interviewing techniques.

* Ensure proper data entry and information integrity within the applicant tracking system.

* Maintain competitive intelligence of industry workforce trends and how they impact the business.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred.

* Three or more years full-cycle recruitment experience in mortgage or real estate industry OR prior experience in mortgage-related role combined with three years recruiting experience in non-specific industry.

* General understanding of mortgage industry and processes required.

* Significant relationship building experience and a capacity to build and maintain professional alliances.

* Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.

* Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.

* Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.

* Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.

* Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

* Ethical, with a commitment to company values.

Supervision:

* General to intermittent supervision required, depending on experience

* Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities

Requirements:

* Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.

* Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

* Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.

* Environmental: Office environment no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.

* Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads

* Assist customers with their shipping needs and be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
