Estes Pointe is a luxury waterfront community fronting Estes Flats, the famed body of water comprised of thousands of acres of shallows that draw anglers from all around the world. The project, meticulously planned with new urban design principles by OBM International, includes 68 home sites and two marinas within a private lagoon that joins Aransas and Redfish Bays and the Gulf of Mexico. Estes Pointe will set the new standard for coastal placemaking and architecture in South Texas. We are seeking an exceptional sales individual who has a passion for the Texas coast who can bring their sales and community building skills to help bring this vision forward.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Director located in Rockport, TX. The position duties and responsibilities include:

Lot Sales, Team and Operations

Work with outside sales strategist and assist in lot pricing, sales release, and founders program strategies.

Recruit, train, and lead junior sales agent

Responsible for leading sales outreach events including regular local broker events, and statewide “roadshows” as appropriate

Responsible for creating quarterly sales reports and tracking against current

Responsible for setting up CRM database

Assisting in the construction and fit out of onsite sales center

Marketing and Community Coordination

Coordination of marketing materials with branding team

Responsible for community founder program, outreach and events

Responsible for evaluating, creating and managing various brand and community partnerships

Homebuilding Coordination

Responsible for home builder program, including the coordination of vetting, monitoring and creation of spec/model builder programs and associated contracts

Responsible for managing approved architect program

Responsible for interaction with town architect as it relates to client’s plan approval through the Architecture Review Committee

General Administration

Responsible for ensuring all regulatory compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission and all applicable local, state and federal employment laws with respect to junior agents and/or support staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Construction or related fields

5 or more years of experience in programmed, new-community real estate sales (luxury or resort experience a plus)

5 or more years of experience in a leadership or managerial role

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate strong business acumen

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing business needs

Passion for architecture, placemaking and above all helping our clients.
