Organization: Bay Administration

Position Overview: Provides clinical expertise, medical communication and quality assessment for the successful and timely transfer/transport and direct admission of patients to and from affiliate facilities. Acts as the single point-of-contact, facilitating arrangements for the patient transfers/transport, and the admission and placement process. Serves as the liaison to physicians, hospitals and other care providers seeking to refer patients.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: RN-Registered Nurse of California Upon Hire

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: 5 years of recent relevant experience in critical care/Emergency Department; Transfer Center, or Nurse Supervisor Job Shift: Days

Schedule: Varied

Shift Hours: 8

Days of the Week: Variable

Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend

Benefits: Yes

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
