CSI Interfusion Inc. has openings for Software Engineer in Bellevue, WA, responsible for software design and development. Specifically, the job duties include: 1. Drive Technical and Procedural Improvement across Azure Platform: (a) Ensure all the critical functions are reviewed and automated with the help of Azure supplied automation tools and techniques to reduce the scope of failures. (b) Devise mitigation strategies for repeated incidents and review the functionality of services. (c) Review the process documents for optimum efficiency and reliability. (d) Develop real-time dashboards that help monitor the reliability and usage of the CI/CD pipeline. (e) Investigate Engineering Systems CI/CD Pipeline Live Site issues and Customer reported incidents to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations. (f) Automate manual activities to improve efficiency. (g) Identify any comprehensive risks and devise a risk-mitigation-mapping matrix. 2. Maintain the Application Interfaces: (a) Maintain and improve the complex solutions to issues such as Configuration, Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Infrastructure. (b) Help customers in migrating and modernizing their on-premises infrastructure to different services available on Azure Platform like Azure Site Recovery, Azure SQL, Kusto and JSON Templates. (c) Debug customer-facing issues on MS Azure portal, Azure SQL, VNET, Load Balancer, Azure Traffic Manager, Application Gateway, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Power BI, C#, VSTS. Incident Management & Tracking: (a) Triage, investigate, diagnose & resolve platform/customer reported issues within defined SLA. (b) Analyze incoming trends in reducing false and duplicate alerts to improve quality of service. (c) Coordinate weekly SLA review meetings. (d) Reproduce the customer issues by deploying the virtual machines. (e) Predictive analysis of customer and infrastructure events. (f) Address Azure Networking issues noticed in infrastructure. (g) Address customer dissatisfaction in real-time and handle the situation. Reports/Dashboard Development: (a) Develop reports and dashboards to showcase adherence to agreed SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). (b) Build executive and ad-hoc dashboards and reports for Microsoft stakeholders. (c) On-demand migration of reports to advance visualization tools. (d) Develop reports to visualize trends analysis. 5. Technical Trainings and Knowledge management: (a) Create learning paths and complete internal certifications to keep up with the latest service offerings of Azure platforms. (b) Create and maintain templates and problem scenarios for knowledge transitions and technical training for onboarding new members. (c) Maintain Knowledge base for process, Cloud Monitoring, RCA, troubleshooting guides in OneNote, MS SharePoint, MS Teams. Job Requirements: Master's (or foreign degree equiv.) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related plus 1 year's experience as a Software Engineer, Software Technical Lead or related.
