We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing security team. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding our organization's data, systems, and networks from evolving cyber threats.

What You'll do:
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in our IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement robust security controls and mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends, proactively researching and recommending new security solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of our operations. Document security procedures and policies, ensuring clear communication and understanding across the organization.
  • Respond to security incidents efficiently and effectively, minimizing damage and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve your cybersecurity knowledge through training and certifications.
What You'll bring:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a cybersecurity or related technical role. Not technology-specific. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes.
  • Experience with a variety of security tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP). Experience in cloud security.
  • Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CEH). Some programming experience preferred (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
