Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

Must be licensed (in good standing) as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois.

New grad welcome

Willing to train

Experience in skilled

Must possess a current CPR Certification.

Prefer 2-3 years nursing experience

Dependable

Essential Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

Administer all medications, treatments, blood sugar monitoring and other medical care to residents as prescribed by the physician/psychiatrist, according to the facility’s specific policies and procedures.

Provide emergency care services, as needed.

Document in the patient’s medical record.

Provide emotional support and counseling to all residents, as needed.

Provide resident education regarding medications, treatments and other medical care, as needed.

Notify physicians of abnormal resident condition, lab values, vital signs, behavior, incidents, and/or reactions to medications.

Ensure that vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight are taken properly.

Positions are available at our Uptown facility.
