About the Position:

Position: CDL Driver-Operator

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay (Union Scale): $26-$28 per hour depending on experience plus overtime and fringes.

Job Duties:

•Responsible for traffic control and road support.

•Maintaining records of operations such as hourly operating data and abnormal operation conditions.

•Performing daily inspections and required preventative equipment maintenance through daily greasing, tightening, and changing of filters.

•Cleaning equipment inside and outside daily and perform clean up

•Initiating emergency procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage to plant and equipment.

•Document and report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

•Valid CDL B, Tanker and Airbrake Endorsement

•Ability to pass MVR, DOT drug screen and physical

•Willingness/ability to enter confined spaces for general cleaning and inspection.

•Willing to work outside in demanding conditions.

•Ability to do heavy lifting.
