Responsible for making sure the merchandise is processed through delivery efficiently and safely

Facilitates the correct packaging and handling of merchandise

Responsibilities include:

Create insurance for each merchandise to be shipped out

Provide proper documentation for international shipping

Receives incoming merchandise from vendors

Properly logging in through CRM and given to the corresponding processor

Coordinates with the location/reps/processors in regards with the issuing of FedEx labels to the customers merchandise either for repair/refund/evaluation etc.

Tracking the packaging from customers and making sure that DI receives them in good condition

Responsible for the confirmation of SKUs and making sure it is confirmed to the corresponding processor

Coordinates with locations/reps/processors for the distribution of certs to the customers

Making sure all details are accurate for shipping

Tracking all certs that were delivered and making sure all customers receive the correct certificate for their corresponding pieces
