If you have direct successful experience in a retail environment including scheduling, team supervision, customer service, and the consistent attainment of sales and related productivity goals this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and day-to-day management of store personnel to achieve sales plan, control expenses, protect company assets, and ensure that the mission of Goodwill Northern New England is positively shared with customers.

Prior experience in retail at a supervisory level is required. Preference for those with direct experience in an Assistant or Store Manager role in a multi lines retail environment.
