Manager - Showroom & Wholesale Division | Warwick, RI

This partnership has brought in showroom managers, kitchen designers, design sales consultants, inside sales, and more in their luxury kitchen and bath showrooms and wholesale division.

As the Manager of the Showroom and Wholesale Division, the individual manages and directs staff management in sales, warehouse, and delivery. The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports and for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participates in administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities, and developing and implementing long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
  • Confers with the CFO and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
  • Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and new product development.
  • Oversees departments to review operating reports and resolve problems to ensure minimum costs prevent operational delays, and meet future growth.
  • Oversees key projects, processes, and performance reports, data, and analysis.
  • Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to develop new markets.
  • Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning, and submittal for capital expenditures.

Qualifications

  • Degree in management or business preferred; High school diploma or GED required
  • 4 10 years of management experience required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Previous experience in plumbing, heating, or HVAC industries highly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and more
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong supervisory principles and qualities
  • Logistics and materials management principles and practices knowledge preferred
  • Basic financial accounting principles; basic budgeting principles and practices, preferred
  • Ability to develop, train, and mentor people on a continuous basis

Compensation and Benefits Excellent Package

  • Annual Base Salary + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits Package
  • Annual Base Salary range depends on experience
