Deine Aufgaben als Altenpfleger:in (w/m/d) bei uns
Du arbeitest eng mit Menschen zusammen sowohl mit unseren Bewohner:innen als auch mit Deinen Teamkolleg:innen. Als Teil des Teams stehst Du fr unsere Werte ein in einem der gefragtesten Jobs fr Pflegefachkrfte in Europa.
- Dank Deines Einsatzes bereicherst Du das Leben unserer Bewohner:innen und bist Teil von etwas Groem auch im Kleinen.
- Du bernimmst klassische Altenpfleger-Ttigkeiten wie Medikamentenausgabe, Pflegettigkeiten und digitale Dokumentation.
- Du pflegst vertrauensvollen Kontakt mit Angehrigen, rzt:innen und Kolleg:innen.
- Du leitest Hilfskrfte, Auszubildende und Praktikant:innen fachlich wie menschlich an.
- Als Experte in Deinem Gebiet bekommst Du bei uns die Mglichkeit, Dich kreativ in die Alltagsgestaltung einzubringen.
