Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has been engaged to support a ServiceTitan Implementation project and is searching for a ServiceTitan SME with hands-on experience to support this effort.

Title: ServiceTitan SME
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: Market Rate
Job Type: Contract (6+ months)

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Experience with multiple ServiceTitan implementations
• Focus in strategic oversight and project management to help validation functional capabilities of ServiceTitan to client requirements
• Developing rollout approach and estimates of implementation timeline and resources
• Configuration experience strongly preferred
• Integration experience to Sage Intacct helpful preferred but not required
• Business process mapping of current processes
• Data conversion efforts
• Project planning meetings with members from finance, accounting, operations, and IT
• Providing insight on lessons learned to ease into successful conversion and adoption
• Work with end-users on change management and process changes to day-to-day responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of ServiceTech implementation experience, including at least 1 implementations during that timeframe
• Experience working and implementing ServiceTech
• Strong communication skills to technical and non-technical users
• Ability to lead meetings and guide finance leadership through implementation process
• "Can do" attitude
