What We're Looking For: SuperCare Health is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Diabetes Care segment within the larger parent organization of SuperCare Health. The Diabetes Care segment, known as SCH Diabetes, will be responsible for developing its own Sales and Customer Service infrastructure and seamlessly integrating with the overall operations and administration of SuperCare Health upon order intake. This leader, alongside the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing (Diabetes), will be pivotal in establishing SuperCare Health's presence in the Diabetes Care space, by enhancing our care deliveries for existing and to-be-established patients. What You'll Do: Sales Leadership:

Establish and lead a high-performing Sales team including representatives for both Field Sales and Inside Sales within SCH Diabetes, responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted campaigns and sales initiatives. Identify market trends and opportunities, developing effective marketing strategies to capture and retain a significant market share. Identify expansion opportunities within new and existing markets, including potential work in M&A as we evaluate strategy around broadening payor relationships Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the Sales team within SCH Diabetes, setting clear sales targets and objectives aligned with the organization's overall mission and strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and capture a significant market share in diabetes care.

Customer Service Excellence:

Build and maintain a strong customer service infrastructure to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for diabetes care customers. Implement processes and systems for effective complaint resolution and continuous improvement in customer experience.

Integration with SuperCare Health:

Collaborate closely with the SuperCare Health Respiratory Sales, Operations, and Customer Service team to ensure seamless integration with the overall operations and administration of the organization upon order intake. Foster open communication and collaboration between SCH Diabetes and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Financial Management:

Manage the sales budget for the SCH Diabetes segment. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance practices. Implement processes for continuous quality improvement and patient safety.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated Sales team within SCH Diabetes, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Strong understanding of the intake and follow up process for both medical billing and pharmacy benefits Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management experience. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
