Position Description As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco networking solutions to support the Climate Solutions organization\'s business needs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing security measures, and proactively optimizing network performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust and secure network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Network Design: Assist with the design, planning, and implement Cisco-based network solutions to meet business requirements. Maintain network architecture documentation. Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, Wireless Controller, and other networking devices. Implement and manage network protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and other network security features. Network Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance. Conduct regular network assessments to ensure scalability and reliability. Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the network infrastructure. Implement and enforce network access control policies. Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with internal and external support teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Provide on-call support as needed.
