Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team at Black Women In Blockchain. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting our organization and attracting supporters to further our mission. With your creativity and strategic mindset, you will lead the development and implementation of our marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our target audience. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our nonprofit organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of our organization and drive engagement
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including creating content, designing collateral, and coordinating distribution
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization, to expand our reach and engage with our audience
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and coordinate press releases and media coverage opportunities

Requirements

  • Seeking a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics tools
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Passion for our organization's mission and commitment to making a positive impact in the community
