About the opportunity

Advanced Surgical Technology, is a thriving, independent multi-physician practice that continues to grow to meet our patients needs. We are looking for a Neurologist to join our team in Southern Illinois.
We are independent from any hospital corporation, no corporate red tape

Support staff including Mid-Level Providers, Nursing Staff, Receptionist, with your input etc.
Built in referral system - 7 Primary Care Offices within our practice

Advanced Surgical Technology
Currently Advanced Surgical Technology offers vascular surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, primary care, behavioral healthcare, cosmetics and aesthetic services. The practice has 3 surgery locations: Mt. Vernon, Centralia, and Herrin.
Currently, the team includes 1 general/vascular surgeon, 1 plastic surgeon, 1 breast surgeon, 2 surgery nurse practitioners, and 12 primary care mid-levels; 2 of which focus on behavioral health.
Experienced providers or new graduates (community-based residency preferred not academic program)
Can support H1B visas and J1 Waiver applicants
Aggressive compensation package
Production bonus

30 days of paid vacation per year
6 paid holidays
7 days for CME with $5,000 allowance
Health, Vision, and Dental insurance: Employer will pay 80% of premiums for physician and dependents

Communities:
Neurology is a needed specialty in Southern Illinois. The physician will have the option of practicing in Mt. Vernon, IL, Herrin, IL or Centralia, IL or all three. All physician offices are new and state of the art.
Job Description and Schedule:
Support team: You have input on your team including mid-level providers, nursing staff, and receptionists
Schedule is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, but is negotiable upon the physicians needs.
