**Sales and Customer Service**

* Understand, support and adaptable to all company policies and procedures

* Constantly strive to achieve and exceed store and personal sales goals

* Utilize and manage the use of weekly sales reports to track, analyze and communicate business results, as well as determine strategies to maximize sales

* Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and team work with customers, peers and management team

* Deliver exceptional customer service through taking ownership of the sales floor and handling customers with issues and complaints

* Manages and assesses performance through consistent feedback and documentation of performance, coaching and creating developmental plans

* Continuously motivates team to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals; develop lucrative incentives to encourage the team to deliver their best service

* Hold associates accountable for time and attendance policy

**Operations**

* Maintain regular and timely communication with the Store Manager

* Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including; all transactions, bank deposits, till funds and petty cash

* Open and close the store completing all tasks and checklists

* Maintain safety requirements to ensure safe working and shopping environment

* Maintain supplies at a consistent and appropriate level while controlling expenses

* Flexible/available in the event of scheduling, including, nights, weekends, Associate and customer emergencies
