Job Description: Office Manager Salary: $16.00 +(Depending upon experience) Company Benefits: Pay increase after the first 90 days with potential of transitioning into full-time position Functional Summary of Office Manager: We are looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented individual that will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our office. This individual will be tasked with assisting leadership with administrative duties, human resource tasks, vendor relations, and other miscellaneous items. Essential Functions •Answering phone and responding to emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff •Establish and maintain a system of accounts payable, to include invoicing, purchase orders, etc. •Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, materials, appliances and electronics as required •Must be able to effectively communicate with both leadership and crew members •Processing payroll for employees and assisting management with payroll as needed •Assisting with the onboarding, collection of needed documentation, and initial training of new employees •Ability to use email and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. •Assist leadership in promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale •Communicate with supporting agencies to collect needed documents (example: certificates of insurance, bid documents, etc) •Organizing and maintaining leadership's work schedule, adding/removing meetings to work calendar, and assisting in meetings by creating agendas, recording minutes, etc. •Keeps management informed by creating and analyzing requested reports Required Skills •Organizational and time-management skills •Exceptional attention to detail •Interpersonal skills •Computer skills, with aptitude to learn new systems and procedures •Experience with office machines and equipment Qualifications •GED or high school diploma •Minimum of 1 year of office management experience LOCATION Lexington, South Carolina 29072 PAY $16
