The ideal candidate will possess expertise in medical malpractice law, strong analytical abilities, and a dedication to advocating for clients impacted by medical negligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for medical malpractice cases.
  • Evaluate case merits by reviewing medical records and consulting experts.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar; eligibility for federal court admission preferred.
  • 3+ years of medical malpractice law experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
