We hope you will consider joining the team and being part of our future.What You Gain:Competitive compensation and benefits programEnrollment in our wellness and employee assistance programsPaid holidays, vacation, and other competitive paid time off opportunitiesAn inclusive working environment where you can build meaningful work relationships with a diverse group of people Leaders who are invested in supporting your career growthOpportunities to be recognized for outstanding contributions to your team through our employee recognition programsJob Description:About the Role:The primary role of the material planner is to manage procurement and execution of material requirements planning against contracts by maintaining material availability for production while balancing working capital and warehousing constraints.o Develop and maintain material planning assumptions in conjunction with purchasing, planning, operations, logistics/warehousing and commercial teams, including safety stocks, lead times, order quantities, and lots sizing.o Execute MRP for materials and issue purchase orders to ensure material availability for Operationso Review and assist in resolving invoicing discrepancies in SAP via either MRBR or VIMo Monitor supply plans to identify changes and to determine their effect on material requirements schedules.o Report on back orders, short stock, excess items and slow-moving inventory to the parties concerned, while developing solutions with suppliers and internal resources.o Analyze supplier performance, inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste or optimize customer service.o Attend the Daily Production Communication meeting to understand daily changes and help with issue resolutiono Manages transition of components related to reformulations, redesigns, new product introductions, and item discontinuation.o Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and meet company objectives.Important Details: This is a full-time permanent hybrid position located in our Hanover, PA plant. 3 days a week work from office and 2 days a week from from home, after training is completed.About You:You'll fit right in if you have:•Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field preferred•Minimum 2 years supply chain, production scheduling, material planning, inventory, or operations experience•Experience with an ERP system; knowledge of SAP preferred•Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (V-Look Up, Pivot Tables)•Intermediate PowerBI skillset preferred•Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in written formYour TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click AwayClick on the "Apply" button or go directly to www.treehousefoods.com/careers to let us know you're ready to join our teamTreeHouse Use Only: #IND1
