We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Buffalo-based law firm that focuses on civil litigation.

The right candidate will actively appear in court, conduct depositions, counsel clients, and participate in mediations, trials, and appeals. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court Draft legal documents Advise clients on legal transactions Negotiate settlements Work collaboratively with the firm's partners Assist with managing an active caseload of litigated matters Qualifications: Ability to work well in close-knit team setting Admitted to Practice in New York (Pennsylvania admission a plus) 2-5 years of law firm experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Cooke Doyle LLC is a growing firm that works closely together in a family-oriented and friendly work environment.
