As a therapist-owned and operated facility,we give all our clinicians the unique personal attention, mentoring, and careersupport they need to best serve our patients.Requirements:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or UniversitySuccessful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLPLicense to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of TexasExperience in pediatrics requiredHome health experience preferredFeeding Experience a plusBilingual in Spanish a plusMust have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.Responsibilities:Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician ordersDefine patients' degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instrumentsInterpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reportsIn collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventionsPlan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventionsEducate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy programMay provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experienceBenefitsComprehensive medical/vision/dentalVoluntary BenefitsCEU ReimbursementProfessional License RenewalMaterial ReimbursementFull-time and part-time employees are eligible for the following:Monthly Productivity BonusTablet/Phone are Available if needed for employees with 8+ weekly visits and for supervisors.Tablet Lease - for employees with 7 or less weekly visitsReferral Bonus OpportunityMost importantly, the opportunity to work for a company that puts their employees firstPlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
