Air Professional Associates delivers outstanding results for our commercial and residential HVAC clients throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockfield and Fairfield Counties with ongoing maintenance, precision repairs, and expert system design & installation.

The ideal candidate is someone comfortable working with computers, has outstanding organization & communication skills, and is willing and eager to learn our industry & grow into this role with a supportive company. The work schedule will consist of a steady 40 hours per week, beginning at 8am each day.

Full time permanent position located in North Salem, NY

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 Per hour DOE

Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist with incoming phone calls, service requests, status checks and general customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with colleagues including preparing and modifying documents, creating reports, etc.
  • Assist with data entry and data management relative to HVAC projects, bookkeeping, scheduling needs and service & repair documentation.
  • Create proposals for customers and follow up accordingly to ensure understanding and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management to maintain orderly organization of incoming and outgoing HVAC components.
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • All internal software to be taught as part of the onboarding/training program
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:
  • Dispatching or Service coordination: 2 years (Required)
  • HVAC / construction: 2 years (Required)
