Job Description

As a senior mobile and digital banking channels business analyst you will be responsible for conceptualizing and shaping requirements and implement the processes and technologies involved in the digital banking domain areas. You will be responsible for interfacing with clients for leading requirement management efforts in the capacity of a domain SME. You will closely and collaboratively work with both our customers and the engineering, architecture, and design teams to help complete requirement journeys from conceptualization till fulfillment. As the digital channels SME for a project, you will guide the team in making the right choices to maximize success for the project and the customer. Our customers and implementation partners should see you as a trusted consultant. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and carry the ability to interface with and coordinate activities of senior executives across the firm, operations teams, technology partners, and program managers.

Job Role
s a Digital Banking and Channels Business Analyst you will serves as a liaison between the Digital Product Owner, Front Office/Other department SMEs on the business side and IT Application development teams on the technology side lead to lead and drive requirement management efforts.
The primary responsibility of your role will be to analyze business and functional requirements for multiple digital projects across Online and Mobile Channels
You will work in collaboration with UX Designers Product Owner, Project Manager/Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, Architect teams and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application implementations.
ct a digital channels SME you will liaison between Fintech vendor business partners, development teams and customers and the development teams to provide resolution of complex or significant Digital Banking solution validation issues.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing, Customer Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Validation; provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades, and projects.
Create, review, analyze. own and maintain detailed requirement artifacts /documentation for use internally and externally, such as User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, FSD, Interface Documents workflow diagrams for custom processes.

Should have advanced experience on

Omni Channel Solution knowledge

at a Retail and/or Corporate Banking environment with relevant industry/functional knowledge.
Should have worked in various Omni-channel platforms like

Mobile Banking ,

CRM,

Mobile Internet, Payments, Payment Innovation/New Channels , ATM and Kiosk solution among others.
Should have experience of working in medium to large scale

Digital Transformation

programs.

Should have basic understanding Agile philosophy.
Should have basic understanding of Design Principles
Should have basic understanding of Digital Banking Architecture and associated technologies.
Experience with using " new IT" (AI, Analytics, Omni-channel, Agile, DevOps, Design Lead Development)

at scale.
Understanding of banking processes, products, and relevant technologies
Point of view on digital disruption in the Financial Services industry. Knowledge on key digital market trends like gamification, location-based offers, NFC payments among others
Understanding of banking platforms and technical architectures
Familiar with designing customer-journey-driven architectures
Initial project planning - defining goals and objectives, scope, business rationale, high level requirements.
Perform analysis to understand current functionality gaps and obtain user perceptions.
Coordinate and lead meetings with SME's and key stakeholders to gather requirements/user stories.
Organizing meetings or workshops to interview or discuss with end users, product owner and subject matter experts to understand business requirements to produce business workflow for the purpose of producing Functional Specifications Document (FSD) (or the equivalent agile artifacts - User stories) in alignment to IT roadmap and strategies.
Work closely with the Business Lead/PO and/or User representatives to ensure that solution is designed to meet the business needs.
Work with the various business stakeholders and supporting technology teams to aid in solutioning and submission of the business paper for sponsor approval.
Elicit, document and communicate non-functional requirements to ensure that the delivered IT systems provide business value.
Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence

Experience/Qualification
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of Management or Technology Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution in the areas of

digital transformation/digital channels project execution
Hands on experience of leading and managing

Business Analysis/ Requirement Management

tracks for large

banking (retail/corporate)

projects.
Track record of consulting project delivery including

managing business analyst teams, producing requirement deliverables,

managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client executives
Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to provide senior / top level client references.
Powerful verbal / written / communication / networking skills.
Experience in motivating and leading multi-cultural, cross functional teams
Experience in managing and leading teams
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Familiar with offshore delivery model
Should have good understanding of retail and commercial banking concepts.
Should hold expert level knowledge on digital banking process flows w.r.t. retail and commercial banking.
Should have good client handling skills.
