Fresh Factory contributes generously to the cost of medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees and their family members.Role:The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of daily production schedules ensuring a smooth, data-driven production process. This includes distributing production paperwork, creating and communicating daily staffing schedules, production reconciliation and data entry, KPI entry, and record keeping. Key Responsibilities: Production SupportIssue daily production orders to the shop floor and coordinate daily execution of workCreate daily staffing schedules, and communicate these daily to ensure efficient staffing levels to match productionCommunicate production frequent production updates and changes to relevant departments including supply chain, quality, and maintenance Data Entry & ReportingExecute and close production orders including accurate consumption, lot traceability, and hours worked for each production orderMaintain employee training records, including scheduling upcoming training requirements and record keeping of training activitiesMaintain the operations KPI records, including daily data entry, daily, weekly, and monthly reportingSchedule and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meeting cadences & agendasPerform daily, weekly, and monthly required administrative tasks including record filing, customer reporting, production reports, etc. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.Proficiency in using office software and production control systems.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keepingJOB CODE: 1000009
